At Tradition by Avisha, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and efficiently across India. Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS:- We currently ship only within India.
We do not offer: • International shipping
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
All orders must be prepaid before dispatch.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME:- Order processing begins only after successful payment confirmation.
Estimated Processing Time: • Ready-stock items: 5-7 business days
• Handmade items: 7-10 business days
• Customised jewellery: 10-12 business days (depending on complexity)
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
3. DELIVERY TIMELINE:- Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch): • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities/towns: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to: • Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Remote location issues
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES:- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We reserve the right to: • Offer free shipping during promotions
• Modify shipping charges without prior notice
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. ORDER TRACKING:- Once your order is dispatched: • Tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp
• Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability: • Re-shipping charges may apply
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY:- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
We are not responsible for: • Incorrect addresses
• Incomplete details
• Failed delivery due to wrong phone number
Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.
7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RISK TRANSFER:- • Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer once the product is marked as delivered by the courier partner. • If the tracking status shows “Delivered,” it will be considered successfully delivered. • Claims of non-delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery status update. • We reserve the right to verify delivery confirmation with the courier company.
8. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY:- If you receive: ✔ A damaged product
✔ A wrong product
You must: • Raise a complaint within 7 days of delivery
• Provide mandatory unboxing video
• Share clear product photos

9. CUSTOMISED JEWELLERY SHIPPING:- Customised jewellery may require additional production time.
Dispatch timelines may vary depending on: • Design complexity
• Material availability
• Order volume
Customers will be informed of estimated timelines during confirmation.
10. UNDELIVERED / RETURNED SHIPMENTS:- If an order is returned to us due to: • Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Incorrect address
• Failure to respond to courier
We may: • Contact customer for re-shipment
• Charge additional shipping fees
• Cancel order without refund (in case of policy violation)
11. FORCE MAJEURE:- We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: • Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Strikes
• Pandemic situations
• Transportation disruptions
