At Tradition by Avisha, we aim to deliver high-quality artificial and handmade jewellery. Due to the delicate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we follow a strict Refund, Return & Exchange Policy to ensure fairness and protect against misuse.

1. IMPORTANT POLICY SUMMARY:-
• We do NOT accept returns for change of mind.
• We do NOT provide refunds except in limited cases.
• We offer exchange ONLY for broken or wrong products.
• Complaint must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Unboxing video is mandatory.
• Customised jewellery is non-returnable & non-refundable.
2 RETURN POLICY:- We do NOT accept general returns.
Returns will NOT be accepted for: • Change of mind
• Personal dislike
• Colour variation due to lighting/screen
• Minor handmade variations
• Incorrect size selected by customer
• Delay caused by courier
• Used or worn products
Artificial jewellery is a hygiene-sensitive product category, therefore general returns are not permitted.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY (7-DAY WINDOW):-
We offer exchange only in the following situations: ✔ Product received is broken/damaged during transit
✔ Wrong product delivered
Exchange Conditions: • Claim must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Email must be sent to: care@traditionbyavisha.com
• Order number must be mentioned
• Clear product photos must be attached
• Mandatory unboxing video (continuous video from sealed package opening)
Claims without unboxing video proof will not be accepted. After 7 days from delivery, no exchange request will be entertained.
Exchange Approval Conditions:
For exchange approval: • Product must be unused
• Product must be in original packaging
• All tags and accessories must be intact
• No perfume, sweat, scratches, or wear marks
• Damage must clearly be visible in unboxing video
If approved: • Replacement will be shipped
OR
• Store credit may be issued if replacement unavailable We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet these conditions.
4. REFUND POLICY:- We generally do NOT offer refunds.
Refunds may be issued only in the following limited cases: • Order cancelled within 6 hours of placement
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed
• Replacement product unavailable after approved exchange
If refund is approved: • Refund will be processed to original payment method only
• Processing time: 7–10 business days
• Bank/payment gateway processing time may vary
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. CUSTOMISED / MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELLERY POLICY:-
All customised jewellery orders are: • 100% prepaid
• Non-cancellable
• Non-returnable
• Non-refundable
Once design confirmation is received (via website, WhatsApp, or email) and production begins, the order becomes final.
Customised products are eligible for exchange ONLY if: ✔ Item is damaged during transit
✔ Claim raised within 7 days
✔ Unboxing video provided
Minor variations due to handmade craftsmanship are not considered defects.
6. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:- Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
After 6 hours or after processing begins: • No cancellation
• No refund
Customised jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
7. SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGE:-
If exchange is approved: • Customer may be required to ship product back
OR
• Reverse pickup may be arranged at our discretion
Return shipping instructions will be provided via email. We reserve the right to charge minimal re-shipping fees where applicable.
8. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY:-
To protect our small business: • False damage claims will be rejected
• Claims without proof will be denied
• Suspicious refund requests may be investigated
• Transaction details may be shared with payment gateways
In case of fraudulent chargebacks: • We will submit evidence to the payment gateway
• Customer account may be blacklisted
• Legal action may be initiated if necessary
9. PRODUCT CARE DISCLAIMER:- Artificial jewellery requires proper care.
We are not responsible for damage caused by: • Water exposure
• Perfume contact
• Sweat
• Mishandling
Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
