Refund Policy

At Tradition by Avisha, we are committed to delivering high-quality artificial and handmade jewellery. Due to the delicate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we follow a strict refund and exchange policy as outlined below.

By placing an order on www.traditionbyavisha.com, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. GENERAL POLICY:- We do NOT offer refunds on purchased products. We offer exchange ONLY in the following cases:

✔ Product received is broken/damaged during transit
✔ Wrong product delivered

We do not accept returns for: • Change of mind
• Personal preference issues
• Minor colour differences due to screen settings
• Slight handmade variations
• Incorrect size ordered by customer
• Delay caused by courier

2. 7-DAY EXCHANGE WINDOW:- Customers must raise a complaint within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, no exchange or claim will be entertained under any circumstances. To raise a claim, the customer must email: care@traditionbyavisha.com

With: • Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Mandatory unboxing video (starting from sealed package opening)

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

3. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE APPROVAL:- For exchange approval:

• Product must be unused
• Product must be in original packaging
• All tags and accessories must be intact
• No signs of wear, perfume, sweat, or damage

If approved, we will:

• Arrange replacement shipment
OR
• Issue store credit (if replacement unavailable) We do NOT issue monetary refunds except where legally required.

4. CUSTOMISED / MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELLERY:- All customised jewellery is:

• 100% prepaid
• Non-cancellable
• Non-returnable
• Non-refundable

Once design confirmation is provided and production begins, the order is final. Customised products are eligible for exchange only if: ✔ Item is damaged during transit
✔ Claim is raised within 7 days
✔ Unboxing video proof is provided

Minor design variations inherent to handmade craftsmanship are not considered defects.

5. REFUND (IF APPLICABLE IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES):- Refunds will only be processed if:

• We are unable to replace the damaged/wrong product
• Order was cancelled within allowed cancellation window
• Payment was successfully debited but order not confirmed

Approved refunds will be: • Processed to original payment method only
• Completed within 7–10 business days

Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION REFUNDS:- Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. If cancelled within this period, Full refund will be processed.

• After processing or dispatch: • No cancellation
• No refund

Customised jewellery orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.

7. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY:- We maintain strict anti-fraud measures.

We reserve the right to: • Deny suspicious refund claims
• Reject claims without valid proof
• Share transaction details with payment gateways
• Initiate dispute response in case of false chargebacks

False claims or misuse of refund policy may result in: • Permanent blacklisting
• Legal action under applicable Indian laws

8. SHIPPING CHARGES:- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of approved exchange:- • We may cover replacement shipping at our discretion
OR
• Request customer to pay minimal re-shipping cost
