1. BUSINESS INFORMATION:- Tradition by Avisha is an independent home-based jewellery business operating from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The business currently operates without GST registration. All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian law.

2. ELIGIBILITY:-
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. PRODUCTS & NATURE OF GOODS:- • Handmade jewellery
• Ready-stock jewellery
• Customised jewellery
We sell artificial and imitation fashion jewellery, including: All products are fashion jewellery and are not made of precious metals unless explicitly stated.
Due to the handmade nature of certain products: • Minor variations in colour, design, or finish may occur.
• Slight differences from images are not considered defects. • Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT:- • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹).
• We ship only within India.
• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• All orders must be prepaid through approved payment methods.
We accept payments via secure third-party gateways including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. We do not store card or payment details.
We reserve the right to: • Cancel orders due to pricing errors
• Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions
• Request additional verification if required
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION:- • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Cancellation Policy: • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement.
• After processing or dispatch, cancellation is not permitted.
Customised jewellery orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once confirmed. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. SHIPPING POLICY SUMMARY:- • We ship only within India.
• Processing time: 2–5 business days.
• Customised items may require additional time.
• Delivery timelines depend on courier services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
7. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:- Due to hygiene and product sensitivity reasons, we do NOT offer returns or refunds. We offer exchange only in the following cases: ✔ Broken product received
✔ Wrong product delivered
Exchange Conditions: • Claim must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Claims after 7 days will not be accepted.
Once verified, a replacement will be shipped. No monetary refund will be issued. We reserve the right to reject claims without proper evidence.
8. CUSTOMISED / MADE-TO-ORDER JEWELLERY:- We offer handmade customised jewellery based on customer specifications.
By placing a customised order, you agree: • 100% advance payment is mandatory
• No Cash on Delivery
• No cancellation after confirmation
• No return
• No refund
Production begins only after payment confirmation. Once design approval is received via WhatsApp, email, or website confirmation, the order becomes final. Customised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in case of transit damage reported within 7 days with unboxing video proof. Minor variations due to handmade craftsmanship are not considered defects.
9. PRODUCT CARE & DISCLAIMER:-
All jewellery sold is artificial fashion jewellery.
To maintain product quality: • Avoid water exposure
• Avoid perfume contact
• Avoid excessive sweat
• Store in dry conditions
Normal wear and tear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect. We are not liable for allergic reactions unless caused by proven manufacturing defect.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:- All content including: • Logo
• Brand name
• Product images
• Text
• Graphics
• Designs
Are the intellectual property of Tradition by Avisha. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:- To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Tradition by Avisha shall not be liable for: • Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Delayed deliveries due to courier
• Customer misuse of product
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the order value paid.
12. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION:-
We reserve the right to: • Suspend suspicious accounts
• Cancel high-risk transactions
• Share transaction details with payment gateways for fraud investigation
False damage claims or chargeback misuse may result in permanent blacklisting and legal action.
13. FUTURE INFLUENCER / AFFILIATE PROGRAM:- Tradition by Avisha may introduce influencer, affiliate, or referral programs in the future. Such programs will be governed by separate written agreements and terms.
We reserve the right to: • Modify commission structures
• Terminate partnerships
• Withhold payouts in case of policy violations
Participation in such programs will require acceptance of additional terms.
14. PRIVACY:-
